Method of written complaint
All complaints, in accordance with Article 10 of the Consumer Protection Act, can be sent via email to the address zdravkazd@yahoo.com.
The response to your complaint must be in writing no later than 15 days from the date of receipt of the complaint.
In the event of a dispute, if it cannot be resolved amicably, the Municipal Civil Court in Zagreb shall have jurisdiction, applying Croatian law. Dispute resolution is possible before mediation centers.
Consumer disputes can be resolved through the European Commission's ODR platform.
