Returns are not possible for rings and bracelets, as these are specific goods that I make to your order (ring size and bracelet size).
It is possible to enlarge or reduce an existing ring, with compensation according to the current price list. Ring enlargement/reduction is 10 Euros. (bracelet enlargement 10 Euros, reduction 8 Euros) Shipping and return costs are borne by the buyer.
Returns are possible, even though these are also goods that I make to your order, for necklaces, earrings, and brooches (for these products, the dimension is unique, and despite being custom-made, I accept returns). For these goods, you can make a return, i.e., unilaterally terminate the agreement, within 14 days of receiving the product without stating a reason. The 14-day period begins from the day when the product is delivered into the possession of you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier.
Should you wish to initiate the return process, i.e., unilateral termination of the agreement, you (the buyer) will be responsible for organizing the return and covering the shipping costs. (All direct costs of returning the product are borne by the buyer.)
After I receive the returned goods, I will issue a refund within 14 days to the account from which you made the payment, provided the goods are in proper condition.
The return process follows this procedure:
- Send a notification via email to zdravkazd@yahoo.com stating that you wish to make a return.
In the notification, you will state your first and last name, address, phone number, and email address.
If you wish, you may, at your discretion, also use the attached sample form for unilateral termination of the agreement and attach it to the return notification.
Returns are not possible without the attached purchase receipt issued by ZiZou nakit.
- After I confirm receipt of your request, you initiate the shipment of the goods.
I respond to requests within 48 hours of receiving them. After you have received my response, you initiate the return of goods to the address:

Until the moment of return of the goods to the stated address, you/the buyer bear responsibility for the quality of the goods.
- After I receive the returned goods, I will issue a refund within 14 days, provided you return the goods undamaged. If I notice damage, I will notify you in writing, and in that case, I will return the goods to you after you pay me the shipping cost.
The goods you intend to return within 14 days must not be used or subjected to any other actions that would diminish their value.
Contract Duration
The contract that the Buyer concludes with the Seller is a one-time distance product purchase agreement, which is fulfilled by the delivery of goods and payment by the buyer, unless it is terminated. These Pre-Contractual Information constitute an integral part of the agreement.
DELIVERY
ZiZou nakit delivers purchased goods to the buyer's address via DPD within 15 working days from the moment the payment is visible on the account. (unless the deadline is extended for the reason indicated earlier)
The delivery amount will be indicated on the invoice when placing the order, i.e., included in the total amount, and after paying the amount upon receipt of the package, the Buyer will no longer have any additional payments.
Delivery cost within the Republic of Croatia is 5.04 EUR.
For purchases totaling over 800 HRK, shipping is free.
The delivery price for areas outside the Republic of Croatia is 5.97 EUR.
ZiZou nakit is not responsible and does not bear additional shipping costs if the buyer indicated an incorrect address in their order or if the buyer's name is not clearly marked at the specified address.
All complaints, in accordance with Article 10 of the Consumer Protection Act, can be sent via email to zdravkazd@yahoo.com.
A response to your complaint must be in writing no later than 15 days from the date of receipt of the complaint.
In the event of a dispute, if it cannot be resolved amicably, the Municipal Civil Court in Zagreb shall have jurisdiction, applying Croatian law. Dispute resolution is possible before mediation centers.
Consumer disputes can be resolved via the European Commission's ODR platform.
